What this site stores
The wheel stores challenge progress, audio preferences, custom wheels, clip markers, and similar settings in your browser on your device. That data is not automatically attached to an account.
Privacy-friendly traffic analytics
MindShank.gg records aggregate page-view counts by date and page path. This implementation does not use advertising cookies, fingerprinting, or a cross-site tracking identifier. Standard infrastructure logs may temporarily contain technical information such as request time, browser details, and IP address for security and reliability.
Information you submit
If you send a sponsor inquiry, the site stores the name, email, company, inquiry type, and message you provide. Community wheel submissions store the creator name, wheel title, description, and shared wheel data. The merch drop list stores your email, optional name, and product interest. Submissions are reviewed privately and are not published automatically.
How information is used
Submitted information is used to respond to inquiries, review community content, maintain the site, prevent abuse, and understand which pages are useful. MindShank does not sell personal information.
Payments
The site is not currently accepting payments. If payments launch, the checkout provider will receive the information necessary to process the transaction under its own privacy policy. This policy will be updated before payment collection begins.
Retention and choices
You can clear wheel data through your browser's site-data controls. Inquiry and submission records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for review, response, security, and legal obligations. To request access or deletion, use the contact form.
Children and changes
This site is not directed to children under 13. Material policy changes will be posted here with a revised effective date.
